  Worst place I've ever rented from. The management is awful, the secretaries are rude, they all talk down to you like you're scum. Ken is terrible. He discusses private manners out in the lobby in front of everyone. He makes payment arrangements for financial hardships and then goes back on his word. Additionally, they refuse to fix anything that breaks. They also nickel and dime for every single thing upon moving out. They also like to harass for their money. Debt collectors and telemarketers don't harass and threaten the way i360 does. Do not rent from here if you want a reasonable, reliable, and accommodating landlord.
