    Worst place I've ever rented from. The management is awful, the secretaries are rude, they all talk down to you like you're scum. Ken is terrible. He discusses private manners out in the lobby in front of everyone. He makes payment arrangements for financial hardships and then goes back on his word. Additionally, they refuse to fix anything that breaks. They also nickel and dime for every single thing upon moving out. They also like to harass for their money. Debt collectors and telemarketers don't harass and threaten the way i360 does. Do not rent from here if you want a reasonable, reliable, and accommodating landlord.

    I play football here. The coaches are amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming to newcomers like myself. The athletic director Mr. Florres is great to homeschoolers.

    Called to make sure they were open. They said yes come in. Drove 30min and noone was there. They closed at 445 when i already called and asked if theyd be open until there normal posted 6pm. Wasted time and gas

    I can't say enough about this group. My Wife, and I, as well as our two Children have known the Sulcove Family for over 35 years. Our whole Family has relied on Jan and Jerrold's help and guidance with our estate planning. The have always been prompt, complete, and what I appreciate the most - honest - in our dealings with them.
